          四、 写作小助手———计划书

             计划书通常是关于某个项目或活动安排的详细建议,有助于读者更好地了解此项目或活动的相关事宜。
         写作思路:
             第一步,说明制定计划书的目的和活动主题;

             第二步,列出具体计划,包括相关活动和注意事项;
             第三步,结尾可呼吁读者积极参与,或询问对该计划书的建议。
         常用句式表达:
         1. There is an activity about. . .at. . . a.m. / p.m. on. . . It will be held on. . .and all the teachers and students will attend.
         × 月 × 日上 / 下午 × 点有一个关于……的活动。 它将在……举行,届时所有的老师和学生都将参加。
