注意:be to do 结构表示安排或计划要做某事,与动词不定式作表语不同。

2. “特殊疑问词+不定式”作表语

动词不定式可与特殊疑问词 when、where、how、what、which、who 等组合,构成不定式短语,在句中可作表语。

The question is how to finish the work.

The problem is what to do next.
